SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Matt Winch 

 

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

TRADESMAN 

 

• Complete all aspects of Plumbing and Drainage in a tradesman like fashion.

• To work quickly and efficiently within the parameters of the job to achieve a successful outcome.

• Complete drain cleans and camera inspections.

• To help with the training of less experienced trades people and apprentices.

• To constantly increase knowledge of products available

• To revise Australian Standards as required to keep up to date with current legislation

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

 

Qualifications: Certificate 3 in Plumbing and Drainage Occupational License

Qualifications:  

• Certificate 3 in Plumbing and Drainage

• Occupational license

 

Experience: 

 

• Appropriate hand skills 

• Experience in a wide variety of domestic plumbing 

• Experience in job management 

• Basic quoting skills

 

Skills: 

 

• The ability to communicate with fellow workers and clients if necessary.

• To follow systems that are provided by IPD.

• Use appropriate hand skills and tools as required.

• Complete all paperwork required for each job assigned

• To ask questions to further knowledge base

• To be open to learning and being coached

• To hit performance goals regularly

• To complete task with a high level of quality and efficiency

• To keep warranty work to a minimum
